The EXLRS -One Mile Club- is organizing an ELR shooting event in France
The famous EXLRS shooting events started in beautiful France since 2003 and many serious shooters from all over Europe have enjoyed these events ever since. Beautiful sceneries, beginners and serious shooters, the best gear and phenomenal ranges. This event is a highlight for every long range shooter.
Coordinating instructions:
At least 10 shooters are required for this event to take place.
For each participant an official government issued gun license in home country is required.
EXLRS will not rent out weapons for this event.
EXLRS does not organize the travel to and from the event but is always willing to assist and provide information in order to help. Travelling legally with firearms and ammunition is the shooter’s own responsibility.
EXLRS will extend an invitation for the event by email for this event.
Potentially, a limited amount of ‘reserve tickets’ will be made available in order to create a shortlist of backup shooters in case a shooter within the initial group of 15 participants for some reason is unable to participate in the event. If a reserve ticket is not used, a full refund will be provided.
Tickets
Tickets are valid upon receipt of full payment which needs to be fulfilled at least 2 weeks before the events starts.
Downpayment
A downpayment of EUR 750,- is required to be registered as a shooting participant.

Discount coupons
There are two options to earn a discount coupon:
– EXLRS Veterans can earn a €25,- coupon by leaving a review.

Hotel
Tickets include hotel, breakfast, dinner (18:00-19:00). Rooms have kitchens and there is a supermarket 10 mins away. Check-in is a day before the event at 17:00 and the check-out is a day after the event. – The hotel is a 5 min drive from the range.
Refunds
Up to 6 weeks before the start of the event a full refund can be requested and will be given without questions asked.
If a shooter cancels his participation within a week of the start of the event no refunds will be given.
In case of special situations, the EXLRS organization can be contacted by email for an individual refund solution.
Terms
In case the event is postponed due to lack of participants, a full refund will be provided or a substitute ticket for the next event according to shooter’s preference.
