The ZC Hunter 1.7-12×50 is a robust and flexible all-round riflescope that is equally suitable for driven, driven and hide hunts. Reticles in the first or second image plane with a red or green illuminated dot make aiming easier and help with estimating distances. “Our high quality in optical system solutions, which has been confirmed by numerous experts and thousands of customers worldwide, ensures images with sharp contours right to the edge – both in daylight and at dusk,” emphasizes ZCO Managing Director Robert Artwohl at the presentation of the new riflescope for the Hunt. The eyepiece has a wide and easy-to-grip zoom ring for 1.7 to 12x magnification adjustment.

In order to meet all hunting requirements, the ZC Hunter 1.7-12×50 offers the shooter the choice between a classic hunting adjustment turret with protective cap or a flexible ASV/ballistic turret. In combination with the powerful 7x zoom and the two reticles 4A (2nd image plane) and KP1 (1st image plane), this riflescope is extremely versatile. The KP1 reticle was developed by the master gunsmith Kurt Pritz from Mariapfarr in Austria and offers well thought-out ballistic lines for long precision shots as well as a large and bright field of view with the highest edge sharpness due to its small beam coverage.

The rifle scope has a reliable reticle for safe performance. On the left side of the main tube there is a rotary wheel, optically adapted to the dust protection caps of the turrets, for continuously adjustable brightness adjustment of the reticles to the respective lighting conditions. Turning clockwise turns on nighttime lighting and turning counterclockwise turns on daylighting. After 2 minutes of inactivity, the scope will automatically switch to stand-by mode to conserve battery power. In addition, the scope has Automatic Illumination Management (AIM). The position of the telescopic sight is detected via angle sensors and the lighting is switched off, when tilted more than 45 degrees left/right or more than 70 degrees towards sky/ground. When you return to the starting position, the lighting automatically switches back on to the level last set.
